Hurst cat scratching posts are hand-made with love by our local Brisbane supplier.

Every scratcher is a unique piece, using end of line carpet pieces. So you can also feel good knowing your scratcher was crafted using great quality carpet that may have otherwise ended up wasted!

Please note, because every piece is unique, carpet colours and textures may vary from photo.

Cat Scratcher Care

• Trim any loose threads as needed. The carpet in time, with regular use, may start to pull and unravel
• Never attempt to rotate of turn any platforms or pieces. Doing so will ruin the internal structure and will cause the scratcher to become loose. Only adjust by tightening the bolts on the underside of the scratcher and trimming the support rod as needed. Please note, overtightening can also cause damage.
• These scratchers are designed for indoor use only. Placing them outside exposed to the elements may cause damage and weakening of the posts.
• Scratchers are not able to be re-carpeted. Once they have been loved and worn by your cat, they will need to be fully replaced. 
• We offer a 6-month manufacturer’s warranty. This does not include wear and tear or misuse.
