How an E-Gift Card purchase works:
- You choose the Gift Card amount, fill out the recipient's details and email address and the voucher will be 'delivered' straight to their inbox!
- You can even choose the exact date that we send the voucher.
- The recipient will receive instructions on how to redeem their voucher via email.
- There is no time limit on our vouchers, and they can be used for multiple purchases until the full balance has been redeemed.
Terms and Conditions
- E-Gift Cards can only be used online at www.petcity.com.au.
- Not redeemable for cash, and cannot be refunded
- Ensure your recipient's email address is entered correctly. We cannot find lost vouchers if the wrong email address was entered upon purchase.
- The E-Gift Voucher will come as an electronic voucher only. No paper copy will be provided by Pet City. You do not need to print it out to redeem.
