VIP Club Terms & Conditions

  1. As a Pet City VIP Club Member, you unlock access to special member pricing with discounts of up to 20% throughout our store. VIPs may also receive access to additional benefits including entry into exclusive prize competitions and access to member-specific promotions and sales.
  2. Pet City VIP Club Membership discounts will only be processed upon confirmation of your active Club Member status. It is a condition of membership that your Pet City VIP Club membership status can be verified in-store to claim any discount or benefit offered to members.
  3. Our team can verify your Club Member status in-store by scanning your membership card at checkout or by locating your account using your contact details or a valid membership number. Pet City staff reserve the right to request photo identification to confirm your account.
  4. Online customers do not receive a physical membership card. Online membership discounts are automatically applied upon logging in to your online Pet City account.
  5. If you joined as a VIP Club member in-store and wish to shop online, you will need to create an account for online shopping (unless you already have an online account). Once you have an online account set up, it may take up to 24 hours to link with your VIP status. If you need your account linked urgently, we are happy to do this over the phone on 07 3349 2086. 
  6. Customers can update personal account details in-store at any time. 
  7. In the event of a system failure, technical malfunction, operator fault or any errors resulting from hardware or software failure, Pet City shall not be liable in any way if benefits or promotions are unavailable. Our team will do everything possible to offer a reasonable solution given the unique circumstances.
  8. Lost membership cards can only be requested in-store and may take 1-2 days to replace. This will incur a $2.95 fee. We encourage our customers to go plastic-free wherever possible to.
  9. Pet City VIP Club Memberships are $25 for a one-year membership or $59.95 for a 3-year membership. Pet City reserves the right to change the membership prices at any time. 
  10. Pet City VIP Club Memberships consent and agree to receive marketing information, offers and special discounts from Pet City. A member may opt-out from receiving emails at any time by using the unsubscribe button at the bottom of the email. Please allow 4-5 days to process this request.
  11. Subject to prior notice, Pet City reserves the right to change, suspend or terminate these Terms and Conditions at any time. An updated copy of the Terms and Conditions will be available in-store, by telephone, or via email request to admin@petcity.com.au. Continuing to use your card after amendments to the Terms and Conditions have been published, will be deemed acceptance of the amended Terms and Conditions.
  12. It is the responsibility of the member to maintain a valid postal address, email address and mobile phone number with Pet City to continue to receive member benefits.
  13. Pet City has the right to refund memberships for the total or partial membership amount if we deem it appropriate due to extreme circumstances. Members may not request a refund on membership fees due to a change of mind.
